Amphenol SP-4-F Speaker Connector

I bought just one of these to see how they compare to the main well-known brand.

From initial inspection it does look/feel every bit as tough and there is one BIG advantage...

The cable connection points are so clearly labelled (1,1+,2,2+) in white, on the outlet point where you can read them.

It's just common sense - why don't others do it..?

I'll be buying a shedload of these soon as I make up all my own cables these days and have a few hundred yards of speaker (4-core) cables to produce after Christmas.

pro: easy to use, fast connections everything is normal if you like quality, top top A+++

This speakon 4 pin plug is a good bang for the buck.
this plug can handle thick wires and it plugs and unplugs easily.
i prefer this over the overrated large name brand plugs which break easily

Very simple installation , max outside diameter of cable is 14 mm , max conductor size for speaker wire is 4 mm . A Speakon connector is designed with a locking system, hold very strong in speaker or power amp .

I would normally purchase Neutrik Speakon connectors but ordered these due to the cheaper cost. There is a tendency that anything that is not Neutrik is not as good. There connectors were easy to wire and seemed well made. I was using these for an install so cannot comment on how good these are for touring.
