AV Stumpfl Trolly Bag Small Black

This is exactly what I was looking for- it's spacious enough to fit plenty of lights/equipment and it's solid enough to keep them safe.

Update after 5 months of use:
On initial use, the rubber wheels seemed really high quality, and pretty quiet when wheeling the bag around. However, after 5 months of light weekend use the wheels failed and came off the bag.

In truth, not the quality I would expect. Initially I was optimistic that it was a very useful bag, but be warned - it is not built strong enough and it doesn't last long.
