I've been scammed by Behringer and Thomann 3 times over this device, and now the only thing I can do is to write this review.
The device worked like charm for around 4 months. After that, knobs started to work sketchy, output volume was considerably lower, I started getting some MIDI related issues. I sent the device to behringer, they sent me a brand new one. It also worked for 3-4 months, I started getting similar issues, this time with knobs being loud AF, producing extremely crackling noises each time I'd twist them. I sent it back, but this time, knowing that It's unreliable (I'm a touring musician, I can't afford piece of junk on my live gigs), I didnt even unpack it, just wanted to sell it to someone and get rid of it for good. I found the buyer and literally 5 minutes before the transactions, I decided to give it a try, checking wether everything works. To my surprise, a brand new device, freshly from the store had 5 channels not working! I tried to send it back (3rd time), but this time Behringer said that it was my fault (as I said, I didnt even take it out of the box) and I need to pay 45 euros alone for "quote for the repair service" + god knows how much for the repair itself. Looking at the price of this device, you can tell it's just thievery and Behringer trying to come clean at the end.
I have no issues with their synths, they're brilliant. This device however is a piece of crap ( I have 2 other friends who had different issues with their Behringer cards, latency problems, and audio quality). You're much better off buying something from a different rpovider, like Focusrite or steinberg
