Epiphone 1961 Les Paul SG Standard CH

thanks to the excellent Thomann service the guitar was shipped weeks early-er.

fit and finish
had to give it a four star due to the 7th fret being to high.
otherwise the fret ends, nut, intonation, action (1.5mm), other frets, action at the first fret ... all is perfect.

hardware
toggle switch, tuners, potts, all good quality

sound
burstbuckers sound great

casing
good quality

neck dive is reasonable

if one takes in account the price of the casing, burstbuckers, and other apparel, its cheaper than the next in line Epiphone SG + a two piece body and one piece neck

on a personal not i found the satin finish a bit to dull, buffed the whole guitar lightly by hand.
not to a high gloss, but looks much better
