The guitar arrived with a missing strap knob and a loose pickup pushing against the strings on one side. Contrary to the case of another reviewer my pickup required the 'toothpick trick', because the screw hole was stripped out. The pickup is now fine (I guess), but well I cannot conjure a missing strap knob nor prove that it wasn't there (next time I order from Thomann - if there is a next time - I'm going to record the unboxing, it's the second time something's wrong with the order). I wrote to Thomann about the missing knob, they replied with an autoresponse about how to return the product. Seriously? The way to deal with a missing strap knob is to return the guitar? Jeez. I don't want to return the guitar, I just want the second strap knob. I assume that the guitar I got had been returned by some previous buyer, this should have been classified as b-stock due to the stripped out (=damaged) hole. It's amazing that the pickup wasn't investigated and that the lack of a strap knob remained unnoticed. The guitar itself is fantastic, but having read the other reviews I'm starting to think that the staff at Thomann doesn't pay much attention to what they're shipping.
