Gator G-PG E-Guitar Double Bag

Really great for local gigs and/or for non-flight travels. It makes bringing a second or backup guitar so much easier than having to carry two cases or gigbags.

The quality is great and I haven't had any problems at all. The case (It really feels more like a case than a gigbag!) is very sturdy and offers great protection. I especially like the removable shoulder straps for when I want to carry it horizontally like a hardcase. There are loads of practical compartments and pockets for various accessories (including a rain cover that comes with the case) and the padding inside the case makes the guitars rest safely. Built-in neck - and lower body supports are a big plus.

To sum it up; If you know you're going to use two guitars when playing live and want a solution that's both practical and secure, this is for you!

I’ve been using another brand of double gig bag for years and it finally wore out, so that set me on the search for a replacement. I came across this Gator bag, the reviews looked good so I decided to order one. I’m so glad I did! The padding is excellent, the storage pockets are spacious and carrying it around is very comfortable.
The neck support in each compartment really gives me the piece of mind when I’m travelling with my Les Paul or SG. I know it is well protected.

Overall I would recommend this gig bag to anyone looking for a double gig bag. The price is great too! Grab yourself one while you can!

Once again, excellent service & rapid delivery from Thomann. Regarding the gigbag itself, it fits my strat and tele comfortably, and the lining on the inside is firm yet soft to prevent damage from knocking the bag about. The neck is kept stable by extra padding which seems to work well: The guitars remain in the same place as I put them. There are plenty of pockets to fit accessories; some pockets are large and others small, which helps keep things organised. The zippers seem good quality and run smoothly without catching on the inner lining.
The only downside of this bag is the way it sits on my back; loaded with two guitars and some extra gear it all becomes quite heavy, and while the carrying straps are comfortable, they do not keep the bag very stable. I think Gator should have attached these straps so that they cannot be removed, much like regular large backpacks, for stability's sake. So if you're planning to ride your bike with this on your back - think twice. If you're just using the back straps for short walks, this is the bag for you.

Beautiful to look at, I am kinda jealous of how cozy the guitars must feel in that luxury. Pockets everywhere, so that the whole content of the separate bags fits perfectly (*update on this: do not trust the size of the front pocket: if you put too much stuff it ends up pressing on the guitar inside: I broke the D and, a few days later, the A string). Of course it becomes heavy as hell depending on the weight of your guitars but amazingly enough your back doesn't seem to feel the weight when you are carrying it. My two cents: get a chair or something that height when you are taking it off your shoulders.
