This knob has improved my playing no end, since putting it on my telecaster ( the old one fell of and disappeared under the stage) I have noticed an incredible new clarity to my sound, my string longevity is improved, my tele stays cleaner for longer andI get more attention from groupies. I would highly recommend this switch knob, its turned me into a real musician.
The one that my Fender Player Telecaster came with, broke in a matter of weeks.
The Göldo one has "+" hole instead of a "-" one like the Fender has.
This makes the knob way more solid. It does not jiggle or fall off.
I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
The quality is better than the Harley Benton version, but not excellent. There are sharp parts on the bottom of the hat, and an injection stub. Get a strat tip instead.
This is the standard traditional style of Telecaster switch knob. (This or the "Top Hat" style) Take your pick! On careful examination and attempting to fit it, there are two slots underneath. One would not fit my switch - it's too small! but some switches have smaller metal levers. The other slot at 90 degrees is a perfect fit for the Göldo 3-way switch (194144) (ö = Alt 148) in Göldo.
standard traditional T-style switch knob. There are two slots underneath. Can be used for American made switches with longer shaft like TAD T-Style 4-Way (532046). Not sure if it fits with Chinese switches but as shaft on them is shorter so probably should.
I bought this to replace the pickup toggle on a Squier telecaster. It works fine and it is not in danger of falling off as it fits very tightly. Maybe it looks a little cheap (almost like a lego man head) but it looks better than the original Squier plastic tip.
Traditional style telecaster switch tip with two different slots and a tight fit to my Harley Benton Tele. The quality is ok and the price is excellent.
