Gotoh SG381-07 MG-T Locking 6R C

Locking tuners are a no-brainer. they make life so much more convenient. String changes feel liberating and the added tuning stability feels so reassuring.
As per usual gotoh delivers a great product that simply works as intended. You open the wheel, you put string in, you close the wheel, you tune up, you forget about it till you have to change strings next time and you thank past yourself for sparing you from all the annoying winding and trying to lock the string in itself.
!ATTENTION!
THESE ARE STAGGERED TUNERS. THEY ARE FOR HEADSTOCKS THAT TO NOT HAVE A TILT LIKE FENDER HEADSTOCKS. GENERALLY SPEAKING YOUR GUITAR HAS STRINGTREES THESE ARE FOR YOU.
IF YOU HAVE A GUITAR THAT HAS A HEADSTOCK THAT GOES IN AT AN ANGLE LIKE MINE YOU NEED TO GET THE ONES THAT ARE ALL THE SAME LENGTH.
This isn't an awful mistake since you can just use the long ones for the bottom 3 strings and the short ones for the top 3 strings. But it looks kinda odd and i'm not sure if it doesn't loose a bit of tuning stability.
(so don't be like me and buy these instead of the non-staggered ones)
