Short answer: probably because they spent the budget in making a great synth, instead of paying content creators...

For the price and the form factor, this synth is perfect. Very good sounds, with a very analog feeling. People complain about the lack of individual controls for each oscillator; which is fair, it is a drawback... but then you would have a much larger (and probably more expensive) synth.

One thing that I wasn't truly expecting: besides bass and lead sounds, this synth is great for creating pads. For that I use a sampler (in my case, and MPC with the autosampling function), as of course the mono / paraphonic nature is quite limiting. Add some distortion in the oscillators, and some warmth from the filters, and it sounds amazing...

In short: for this price, and unless you have tens of other analog synths, it's a must have!
