Cooperation with Thomann was perfect as always. On time delivery, perfect packing, user friendly order and after sales support.
As far as the quitar is concerned, the instrument sounded awesome as a natural Martin intrument even if it is not manifactured in USA. Mexico factory is afterall a very modern quality driven production line as it is admitted by many experts on the matter. The only thing I noticed when the instrument came in to my hands was that the natural color of the front side was no color at all. This could be a nice feature for some players and the overall quality was perfect, but for me wasnt easy to live with, so I had to send it back and order another model. All n all for the price you pay for a martin guitar, the overall experience was more than adequade.
