When it comes to tuners, there are a few measurements and designs to consider: the diameter of the shaft, axes, housing shape, and mounting type.
Here are some tuners with 10mm holes and various fastenings and installation designs: 3L/3R, 6-inline, and for a Reverse Headstock 6-inline:
Holes approx. 8.5 mm (this varies from 8.3 - 8.8 mm depending on the manufacturer)
Kluson Style or Vintage Tuners are also available in open versions (these require adjustments).
These manufacturers have tuners with one or two pins for locking; they are only suitable for specific guitars or require various adjustments.
