Sommer Cable The Spirit Black Zilk

Made a few cables for guitar with and after a year, and a very cool year because of corona (i think the cables only went 10 times to gigs) they just break inside. i tested them and found the break point in the middle of the cable, no traces of violence or anything, just broke.
The inner cable is way to thin for use on scene.
I contacted thomann and no warranty was possible so i really wont buy this again !
I've made several cables with "the spirit XXL" and they are bulletproof, almost 10 years and they are still there, the inner cable is much more robust, i recomende those

This cable is brilliant, it is easy to work with and the finish is also quite nice. The outer layer of the cable is a translucent black colour which hints at the shiny copper wire underneath. In addition this, the inside insulator that covers the second copper wire is easy to work with; being easy enough to cut through without damaging the copper.

However, one thing to watch out is the diameter of the cable itself, which is large than many of the other cables that were available. Luckily, this cable fit into the neutrik np2x jacks that I had ordered with it.

Overall, this is a good cable for most uses.
