This is a great budget model to start on. I say this from a learner's persepctive. I am no John Coltrane! I understand that it borrows some of it's design ideas from more expensive Yanigasawa models.
I really struggled to play the very lowest notes, and thinking it was either me or chocie of reed or mouthpiece I shopped around a little for different mouthpieces and reeds and practiced developing my naive embouchure. Turns out, after buying a little light pipe that I could push down the instrument, that the three lowest keys were not sealing completely and so air could escape making it very difficult to play those notes. A little bit of leverage with a reed and some finger pressure and the key was aligned properly with the hole and no light and therefore no air could escape.
Once that was sorted out I could play the lowest notes.
In the months I've had it a sticky key has developed. But...
I haven't done so yet, and given the low price, I would suggest (and I will do so myself also) taking the saxophone straight to someone who can set it up properly so that it is play-ready rather than factory-hot.
For a straight-from-factory setup at this price you can't really grumble
