Not my favorite, but pretty good for the price!

There's nothing to say. These are alright. I did have a pet peeve with the balls, which are color-coded only in black and blue, so by looking on the back of the packaging you still have to do a bit of math, it's like "E, A and D are blue, black, and blue, and since E is visibly thicker, that means that the leftover blue has to be my D string".
I'm partial to individual colors just because they help me not make stupid mistakes.
Nice packaging, not an excessive number of layers of plastic.
They sound okay and stay in tune.
They are NOT BLUE. I just wanted to make that clear for anyone who might look them up on google images and get a picture of a set of blue strings. Some sets ARE blue. THIS IS NOT A SET OF BLUE STRINGS.

I have previously used Dean markley blue steel on electric and loved them ,I decided to give these a try on acoustic,they do the job and are inexpensive ,it's good to experiment with different strings ,these strings didn't suit me ,but who's to say they may suit others .

Dean Markley Blue Steel and I go back to the eighties. That alone should tell you this is quality strings. They are cheaper now than back then, witch is a big positive. These strings is sturdy and last so much longer than anything else I have tried. I very seldom have a string break. And I love the sound off them. Well they fit for me, but we all have different style of playing, so they might not fit everyone. But for me, I'm in for Blue Steel for life.

Magic string use these for slide guitar in G Tuning never break a string and love the balance of the bass and treble tone is sweet good value 2 for quality
