Inspired by the vintage Jordan Boss Tone Fuzz, our version is tuned to give the player classic fuzz sounds but when the Warning control is turned down, you get a sub-octave sound.

This pedal made me play guitar again

I'm not gonna lie, the pandemic and everything that came after it has killed my creativity, I was just noodling and having a couple of riffs/licks but that was it. Tried some new gear here and there, but nothing made me play again. Until I heard about the Hephaestus, which a friend of mine bought! So I went down this rabbit hole, trying to get my hands on one of their Black Friday and then one of the Rhett Shull edition, tried a few other fuzz pedals that I thought could do the trick, but with no success. So when I saw that mythos made that pedal part of their main line, I just bought it, and I've been so happy since I got it in the mail last week! Absolutely love the unexpected harmonies that comes with this pedal, played around with a few power supplies as well, it's just awesome, I'm like a kid! I am by no mean a guitar virtuoso, but this pedal made me write music again!
Is it for everyone? Probably not. But is it fun to play with? F*** yes! I can be teenage-me and play some doom with it, or I can be dad's me, and lighten up my play. Really really cool pedal!

con la gran perilla de gain y un trimpot interno de volumen, este pedal ofrece al maximo de gain el tipico fuzz pero si bajas el gain y bajas el volumen de guitarra comienzan a surgir unas sub-octavas realmente espectaculares, realmente divertido este pedal

Prachtig en unieke velcro-achtige fuzz, voorbij de 12 uur komt de suboctaaf tevoorschijn. Echter mist dit pedaal een volume en/of bias control, waardoor het vrijwel onmogelijk is om dit pedaal te stacken of überhaupt in volume en toon goed te matchen met de rest van je drive chain. Op zichzelf dus wel een geweldig ding.
