Floyd Rose FRX Tremolo System Black

It is a bit difficult with an arch top,
you either do a little mod or have it a bit high.
Thing is i didnt get that there was a screw to control where the flod comes back, so it use to come to a slight different tunning if i push or pull but this is sorted now.(it s the screw between the low E and the stop screw to block the tremollo.
Some people say you can only pull.... they may have not set it right.
One weld on the spring is broken but it seem to work anyway.
I m just gonna chess after that to Floyd i guess.
Overr all i m happy i didnt buy another guitar and made the best of what i got.
Some would argue i modified a les paul from 92 but i never intended to sell this guitar .
I love it even more now.

Eine sensationelle Lösung, um eine Gibson völlig unproblematisch mit nem Tremolo zu versehen, die beiden Schräubchen würde ich auch in eine teure Customshop reindrehen, ansonsten ist das rückstandsfrei wieder zu entfernen, echt perfekt. ME besser als bei ner Strat, die danach eher nicht mehr ohne weiteres zurückverwandelt werden kann. Einbau ist Konzentrationssache, vorher das Video vom Meister ansehen, die Anleitung ein paar mal lesen und, ganz wichtig: als ersten Schritt und vor dem Bohren checken, dass der Klemmsattel auch zum Halswinkel passt, weil das wäre doof. Alles andere ist easy, ich bin eher nicht der Handwerker und habe für meine SG eine Stunde gebraucht, dann wurde gedivebombt bist der Arzt kam! Steve Vai muss sich ne Strat umbauen, weil ganz sooooo extrem ist der Weg nicht, aber sehr weit davon entfernt isses auch wieder nicht. Sustain ist 100% geblieben, mir gefällt der Sound danach sogar noch einen Wink besser. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!!

Points positifs :

Le vibrato tient très bien l'accord et c'est le plus important. Grâce à la vis de butée et l'absence de barillet, le réglage et le changement des cordes est beaucoup plus simple qu'un vibrato FR classique. A se demander pourquoi tous les vibratos FR ne sont pas conçus avec ce système.

Points négatifs :

Le prix me semble trop cher même si cela apporte beaucoup à la guitare. Les vis de fixation du sillet de tête sont aussi beaucoup trop longues et font quasiment l'épaisseur de la tête de ma guitare. Je me suis procuré des vis trois fois plus petites et c'est largement suffisant (bien penser à pré-percer avant de visser), d'autant que c'est déjà bien fixé par la pression des cordes.

Globalement bon produit, c'est un petit investissement mais ça vaut le coup
