It is a very helpful product, working as a MIDI controller with faders and knobs. It's amazingly light. There are some drawbacks though, on which I will focus here.
The software provided is not so easy to use. Takes a little time and lurking around the web to get what you want out of it (like setting toggle switches).
I am using it mainly in conjunction with vMix streaming software, that is compatible with a wide range of MIDI devices. However, it tends to disconnect from this Korg nanoKONTROL2 randomly. I switched USB cables, ports on PC, even used different PC, but this issue still occurs from time to time. When it happens, I need to disconnect the device and restart vMix to make it work again, which is unacceptable in live production environment. It doesn't seem to be vMix's issue, because I own a few other MIDI devices and they work without a hitch.
Other than for the vMix use, I recommend this product.
