The quality of the nikel is very bad. Got 5 of these stands in my living area which is protected and insulated from unwelcome temperatures. I own them brand new less than a year, but the nikel got destroyed and mugged and i was cleaning them once in a week. Very bad quiality of nikel, and i told that to thomann support and they said i need to be charged if i want a repair.

I changed stools after it was suggested my back would be better if I varied my seating height.
With this stool it is so easy! The hydraulics make it infinitely adjustable very quickly.
The seat itself is as comfortable as any I have used and the legs are solid
