First thing you need to do is to throw that original foam away, it's a waste of space. Just put some velcro inside and under your effects. If you plan the layout well you can put most of the cables in channels and/or under effects.
It has only two outputs - three would be better (only if you use fx loop: one for amp send, one for amp return and one for amp input). I need to put cable to my noise gate directly, so third output would be a great addition for me.
I have 12 pedals inside - three boss 200 series, two bigger, the rest is standard boss size. You need to use flat patch cables (EBS are great) to save space - a must have in my opinion because the space is limited.
Overall it's great - not too big and not too small (unless you use A LOT of effects), easy to use, you can travel with it easily (just secure two locks with zip etc. so it won't open), it'll protect your effects (really strong plastic).
Just remember one thing - if you use 10+ effects they'll be close to each other (depending on their size of course). A really close. If you have boots or big foot (hehe) AND you switch your effects a lot during playing you can have problems with doing it precisly. Not a problem for me but keep this in mind.
