I alwayes loved Erni Ball strings and played them for something about 10 years... Downside is that the stay fresh for about a week, and if you play couple of hours everyday, you need to change them quite often.
And if you have more then one guitar, there is a chance that you won't be happy to change strings on 2/3 guitars every two week's or so.
Then i tried Elixir and they realy stay fresh for a long time, but the feel was never quite rigth.
Now i found the answer for both issues.
NYXL stay fresh for a long time, feels right, sound good.
Hard to pop 'em out.
Solid choice for your axe

Absolutnie hiendowe struny
Robson Glinski 13.04.2018
Doskonaly zestaw strun - wykonany w najnowszej technologii gwarantujacej trwalosc i absolutnie wspanialy ton. Moim zdanie wreszcie projektanci pomysleli o uzytkownikach gitar ze stalowymi, nierdzewnymi progami. Te struny sa najlepsze do takiego przeznaczenia. Gitara spiewa przy zerowym fretbuzz'ie. Polecam goraco!!!

My favourite electric guitar strings
Kamil 42 19.09.2022
They don't require a lot of stretching, last fairly long and provide nice natural feel on the fingers. I also tried coated strings (elixirs, daddario xse) but didn't fully like the slippery feel of the coated strings. Ended up going back to NYXL.
I use these strings on my Ibanez RG for the last 5 years. I was using XLs before (for 10 years). The NYXLs last 2 months longer, the intonation stays the same through the whole length of the string. (On XLs the intonation goes after 1 month), they never corrode, have better tuning stability.
The sound is close but not exactly the same. NYXL have brighter high E string. I would say XLs sound better but just a little and depends what you're looking for.
The price is not a problem. They last 2 times longer than XLs.
Oh and the packaging is fantastic!
