I am sure it is a good product for some people but I don't feel comfortable on this stool. The backrest is totally useless because it is too close so you can't really sit back (I KNOW you can adjust that ;) but not enough), and you have to wear shoes otherwise the footrest will drill into your feet, so thin it is. Maybe I am too big for this thing but I don't like using it, I kept it though in case someone comes to play at my place. The guitar stand is also impractical in the front, I think. All in all, good and sturdy, as usual with Gator, but not for me.

This a good seat that's easy to put together - it's only necessary to fit the backrest and no special tools are needed. It may be a bit of a faff to transport to gigs as it'll probably be a good idea to dismantle the backrest and find a bag to carry it, but that's no big deal. The seat itself and the backrest are decently padded and the frame is well made and stable. I'd like to see a retaining strap for the bass neck so there's no risk of it bass falling out of the frame when it's used as a stand. The cradle for the body of the bass or guitar is foam padded and flips out from the frame and it doesn't interfere with the foot-rest bar when stowed.
All in all a good quality product and I'm looking forward to using it when gigs kick off again later this year.

Bought two of them, its the best way to store and use guitars offen. We have them in kitchen because we play guitars almost every day. Its stable, dont need much space, pleasent to see.
Its stable, can hold weight, good for petit people, adjustable seat and chair back.
For this price, excellent product.
