Meisterklasse is the best by far model released by Hohner so far - it sounds absolutely fantastic – both acoustic and if you play using any distortion devices. Price is a little bit higher than other models but considering its quality this instrument is highly recommended

I play diatonic harmonica regularly as part of a gigging band, and needed something robust and reliable for gigs up to three times a week. This fitted the bill.
No sticky reeds and airtight construction means this is easy to play, with excellent tone and attack.
It is relatively expensive for a diatonic harmonica, but I have several of these in different keys, some of which are over 20 years old. They are built to last, and the reed plates do finally give up the ghost, spares are available.

Je débute à l'harmonica ; j'ai un Marine Band Special 20 aussi, et je dois dire que la sonorité du Meisterklasse a peu de choses à voir, nettement plus agréable. Côté « prise en main » il est un peu plus lourd, mais laisse une impression agréable.
Idéal à offrir en cadeau je pense : Bonne apparence, et ne laisse pas l'impression d'avoir un jouet entre les mains contrairement aux Marine Band.
