I've been waiting for these to arrive and finally got them. Initial impressions are good.
There's a sensation of more airiness and clarity to the sound. The low end seems tighter and I can actually feel it a bit better now, which I did not expect.
Previously, I was using isolation foam and while it did better than nothing, the iso200 stands are way better if you are going to be placing speakers directly on your desk.
Decoupling is not perfect, of course, and unless you suspend the speakers in mid air with no gravity it never will be, but these stands are still much better than foam or nothing. Perhaps not as good as floor stands, though.
Price-wise they feel quite overpriced for what they are, so only purchase if you can spare the cash.
My first order arrived with one of the stands broken in half so keep in mind the stands are plastic+rubber. The pipes are made out of metal. Thankfully Thomann replaced the stands after I sent them back.
In summary...
PROS:
- Noticeable improvement in sound clarity - tighter bass and openness in mids/highs
- Smaller size than floor stands or even iso foam - makes a difference on a desk
- Adjustable height / tilt
CONS:
- Adding this since I didn't realize it at first - once you stick a tube with a tilt plug in the base, the plug will remain there and almost cannot be taken out - this is a significant drawback that is not mentioned anywhere when buying
- Too expensive, especially considering the main sections of the stands are made out of plastic
- Unclear how much 'wobble' there should be after assembly and speaker placement is done - more details can be added into the instructions
- Not magic - there will be an improvement but do not expect these to fix your room or positioning

Very noticable difference to sound when using these, they do everything you want them to do for decoupling, being able to angle them was also a benefit, they are very expensive but as stated, when compared to foam, there is no competition, it was a worthwhile investment for sure. I went for the 200's as that was the size recommended by isoacoustics for my monitors (Kali LP-6), i'm pleased i did not go for the smaller, cheaper version because they function so well and in the future will be suitable for larger monitors also. In short, if you are serious about sound, it's worth investing.
