This cabinet is fantastic in terms of its portability, and is great value. If you have bought the Orange Micro Terror Head, it's probably worth buying this just to have a really handy cab to grab-and-go for small gigs.
However, I would suggest changing the speaker if you want to get the best out of it. I swapped it out for a Celestion Eight 15, which was a fairly cheap upgrade but made all the difference. The stock speaker sounds quite small and boxy, but with a modest upgrade this cab can have the sound that its build quality deserves.
To summarise, this is a well built, solid and attractive cabinet, but, for me at least, the sound of the stock speaker just didn't quite meet my requirements. With a speaker upgrade though, this can become a really handy cabinet for small gigs.

I wanted to make a small bedroom setup for practicing at home, so i paired this box with Blackstar HT-5 5 watt tube amp thinking that it will be quiet enough so i won't disturb my neighbours with my playing.
I was wrong, for this setup was more that enough loud to fill my apartment with loudness. My neighbours complained (i was pretty sure that my playing was the issue, but still...), so i had to tone it down a bit.
Great build, the box is build like a tank, it has a nice heft to it and will not let you down no matter what.
Absolute recommend.

Great Orange-look-and-feel, but where is that Orange-sound?

The Orange PPC 108 is as tiny a guitar-box as you will find. If it wasn´t for it´s rich orange color and the nice "old-school" decals, no one would even care to take a look at it.
Problem is, that although it is a thing of beauty and built up to high Orange standards, including a wooden cabinet and solid edge-protectors, it´s sound leaves a bit to be desired - and therefore may not be looked at for it´s acoustic perfomance, I´m afraid...
Plugged into an Orange Micro Terror, which is a great amp, the PPC can go pretty loud, but the sound lacks lows and highs. Mids are plenty, but their definition is flat. Changing the settings on the amp won´t help a lot, as the PPC simply can´t produce the tonal range, that you would expect of the Micro Terror.
Of course, a tiny speaker put into a tiny cabinet will not produce a 4x12 sound. And no one is going to buy it to achieve that. But even if I take it for what it probably should be, a small and affordable speaker for practising at home, I was expecting a little bit more from my favourite amp-builders. If it just wasn´t for it´s sheer beauty... :)

It's only an 8" speaker so it will only do so much, but plugged into my Orange Micro Terror it goes surprisingly loud and it doesn't sound half bad when you crank it up a little :)
