Very nice construction and works flawlessly. Takes a couple of minutes when first setting it up, but once done you can pop the clutch on and off the hihat to your heart's content and have a quick setup/breakdown with identical clutch adjustment every time.
I tried similar products from other manufacturers, but this is the one I like best, the key differences of the Pearl being the lovely build quality, ease of use, and construction which will help to avoid any keyholeing.

I have QR nuts for my other cymbals and really wanted something for my Hi-Hats.
This is a great little product. Simply squeeze the bottom piece and it pops off. No more twisting and twisting until the nut eventually falls onto the stage and rolls off under the bass players gear!
Only drawback is that you need an allen key to adjust the top nut but you only have to set it up once and off you go. (I just didn't have a key with me the 1st time I used it).

Feels great to use, but one point off because there is a chance for metal-on-metal contact in the center of the hihats. The setting thread can be a bit tricky, but once set you are done! I don't feel any need to upgrade to the beefier model and because this is a pearl clutch it will fit thinner hihat shafts too.
