One of the best!

This compressor is amazing. I would say I use it more than my CLA 1176 from waves. It sounds fantastic. One thing I did not like was the installation. It installed all of the plug-ins from the company. Which only run in demo mode. So I have about 100 plug ins now unactivated.

Der Retro Compressor ist ein übersichtlicher Kompressor aus dem VIP Bundle von Plug and Mix. Er hat mich überzeugt nach dem Test eingier Demos von P & M, denn er lässt sich sowohl als 32 bit als auch 64 Bit VST / RTAS / AAX Plugin installieren, verbraucht wenig Rechenleistung und benötigt kein Dongle. Über einen Code kann er auf bis zu 5 Systemen aktiviert werden. Gain Reduction, Attack und Release sind Standard, außerdem lässt sich parallel das Signal zwischen Dry und Wet überblenden. Input und Output lassen sich zusätzlich noch getrennt verstärken oder reduzieren. Das Design mit dem VU-Meter gefällt mir, manche Nutzer können solche User Interfaces aber nicht mehr sehen. Bei der Pro-Serie ist das Design daher wahrscheinlich moderner gehalten.
