A great small guitar

I was looking for a good sounding guitar that could fit my size. I tried the regular NEX body shape and though the sound was great, the size was just too uncomfortable for me. I stumble upon this model and I find its size is perfect for short people, it's light and easy to carry around. The neck and frets feel a lot like an electric guitar, which is great for me because I am mostly used to playing that. This guitar is a mini-NEX body and I like the sound of it, it's quite loud for a small guitar, it has a very balanced sound, the low end is quite impressive and the high end is not as bright as a spruce top, but I find it great like this. I loved the fact that it's all mahogany, I love the slightly darker sound, it sits very well in the mix. The preamp is a classic Takamine, a good Piezo preamp. However, the richest tone you get by recording through a mic.

Super Parlour Guitar

Really good quality small-bodied guitar. Ideal for travelling / holidays. Acoustically the sound is small as one would expect. Electrics are top quality and the line-out sound is great. This guitar could also serve as a main guitar for a small person / child

Not As Big As I Thought

The guitar was securely packaged and was thus fine when it arrived. On opening the parcel, I was surprised at the size of the guitar - not much bigger than a Taylor Baby. However, after playing it for a few minutes I realised I had bought a very comfortable guitar to play. The acoustic sound is fine also

The same night I used it on its first gig and I was very impressed. The sound was easy to control and it was a warm full bodied sound for such a small guitar. It's also a very playable guitar. Over all, I'm very pleased with my purchase on the grounds of value for money, sound and playability. It also comes with a sturdy soft case.

Als erstes möchte ich die ausgezeichnete telefonische Beratung erwähnen. Gitarre zu Lockdown Zeiten zu kaufen ist ja schwierig genug - aber mit dem Service war es leicht und ein voller Erfolg! Ich habe genau aufgezählt was mir wichtig ist (kleinere Gitarre, da ich nicht sehr groß bin, Tonabnehmer, aber trotzdem einen vollen warmen Klang ohne Verstärker). Ich war etwas skeptisch, als mir diese Gitarre empfohlen wurde aber nachdem ich sie ausgepackt habe (übrigens, super verpackt, super Lieferung) und ausprobiert habe, kann ich nur sagen, es ist genau das was ich gesucht habe und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Klang ist wirklich erstaunlich und für meinen Geschmack wunderschön. Die Größe passt perfekt :-) Ich spiel viel instrumental (nur Hobbylevel) und bei einigen Stücken schlägt die sogar meine Konzertgitarre - ich find das ganze ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis :-)
