After a few minor adjustments, this strap now works for me on baritone, tenor and alto. It's great having one strap that works for all. Up to now have been using the JazzLab saxholder for the bari. The Balam uses the same idea of moving the weight from the neck to the shoulders, but is more stable for me and looks more like a regular strap. I bought the standard leather version, which is nicely made and folds easily. Just have to make sure the cords aren't tangled when putting on. Clips on to the sax securely. I'm medium build and I've had no issues with the strap riding up on my shoulders, there are a couple of useful videos on YouTube on how to adjust the strap for the best fit. Highly recommended for baritone players.
