Great quality manufacture and the 'tape wobble' feature works very nicely. However, like pretty much every other delay pedal I have tried it colours the original sound when the delay is active.
Also, the first echo is too loud for the subsequent repeats. Perhaps it is not properly adjusted but there is far too much of a volume drop between the first delay and the second repeat.

Das Delay ist wahnsinnig musikalisch, die Modulation klingt wirklich gut und lässt sich gut regeln. Meiner Meinung nach klingt die Modulation auf den Wiederholungen jederzeit musikalisch und setzt sich somit auch für mein Empfinden sehr gut im Bandkontext durch. Dieses durchsetzen fehlt mir vor allem bei "digitalen" Delays die wirklich nur das Signal wiedergeben. Klar ist das Keeley Magnetic Echo auch digital, bringt aber den gewissen dirt mit, den ein gutes Delay für mich braucht.
600ms Delayzeit sind meiner Meinung nach auch für viele Anwendungen ausreichend. Wer also nicht die Kohle für z.B. ein Strymon oder Chase Bliss Audio hat, für den ist das Keeley Magnetic Echo wirklich eine gute Alternative.

Non lasciatevi ingannare dal fatto che sia digitale, ha un suono per nulla tagliente e le ripetizioni perdono di definizione col tempo, proprio come un analogico, ma a differenza di quest'ultimo offre un suono molto più "hi-fi" che non si perde nel mix. La sezione di modulazioni è perfetta, non è aspra ma morbidissima, rende vivo il delay, quasi fosse un nastro. E' possibile farlo impazzire e tirarci i classici suoni da auto oscillazione. Esteticamente bello ed efficace.
Praticamente la versione "buona" del Carbon Copy.
Assolutamente consigliato.
Insieme al mio Boss PS-2 e TC Flashback compone un trittico di suoni di tutto rispetto.
