I bought these tuners to upgrade a Squier Bullet Mustang.
It's the first time I use locking tuners so I cannot compare to other brands or higher end ones, but I have to say that after installing these on my guitar, tuning stability improved a LOT.
The stock tuners weren't all bad and they did the job, but I still had to retune quite often, especially the thinner strings ( i use 10-52 strings in E standard tuning). Now with those tuners, my instrument stays in tune forever. I was a huge fan of vintage tuners VS modern ones which I hate, and now I find locking tuners to be even better as changing a string is a matter of a few seconds.
These tuners were 100% compatible with my squier, I didn't have to drill any holes or do anything complicated, just removed the old tuners and put this new set and I was ready to go ! I don't know if that's the case for every Squier but it's great to have a "ready to use" product like this one.
I highly recommend this product as a very affordable upgrade for entry level guitars as it will improve your instrument considerably.

they work and feel extremely well and are very effective!
My only criticism is that the flat screw notches should be more narrow and deep, because I can see them wear out easily if you use the typical household screwdrivers, but that's quite a minor flaw.
To me these are worth double their price and that's why intend to buy more Klusons in general!
