Given the pride I didn’t have great expectations but as soon as I received it I knew I had made the right choice. The bass looks amazing, the neck feels comfortable under my fingers and it offers a variety of tone options that sound really good!

Ich suchte etwas aktives im klassischen Stil. Top-Verarbeitung und Lackierung. Für mich die passende Saitenlage ein- und Hals etwas gerader gestellt. Perfekt. Mit dem Bass-Regler muss man vorsichtig sein, aber leichtes Anheben reicht um ein solides, warmes aber punchiges Basspfund zu bekommen. Mit den Mitten bekomme ich genau den Sound, den ich mag. Einmal eingestellt, klasse. Nuancen regle ich dann nur noch mit den Pick-Up Volume-Potis und der passiven Höhenblende. Der Bass hat den Jazz-Bass-Sound mit Eigenständigkeit, gefällt mir außerordentlich gut. Das hochglanzlackierte honigfarbene Griffbrett mit den cremefarbenen Pearl-Inlays ist ein Eye-Catcher. Die Kopfplatte ist mal was anderes, die Form ist klasse und eigenständig. Sie ist nicht nur einfach zweifarbig lackiert. Der untere Teil ist tiefer gefräst und dort ist das surf-green-Teil eingelegt. Das sieht sehr wertig aus. Ich würde ihn sofort wieder kaufen. Wem die Farbe zu krass ist (das grün ist real deutlich blasser) dem empfehle ich creme oder das langweilige schwarz :D. einzig negativer Punkt, der mich aber nicht stört. Sobald ein PU etwas leiser eingestellt ist, sind Einstreu-Geräusche zu vernehmen. Live ist das wurscht, denn so doll sind sie nicht. Für Aufnahmen nutze ich eh immer beide PU

Szukałem czegoś aktywnego w klasycznym stylu. Najwyższa jakość wykonania i lakieru. Dla mnie właściwa pozycja strun i gryf są nieco prostsze. Doskonały. Trzeba uważać z kontrolą basu, ale niewielkie zwiększenie wystarczy, aby uzyskać solidny, ciepły, ale mocny bas. Dzięki środkom średnim otrzymuję dokładnie taki dźwięk, jaki lubię. Po skonfigurowaniu, świetnie. Reguluję wtedy tylko niuanse za pomocą potencjometrów głośności przetwornika i pasywnej kontroli wysokich tonów. Bas ma jazzowe brzmienie basu z własnym charakterem, co bardzo mi się podoba. Lakierowana na wysoki połysk podstrunnica w kolorze miodu z kremowymi perłowymi wstawkami przyciąga wzrok. Główka jest czymś innym, kształt jest świetny i niepowtarzalny. Nie jest tylko pomalowany na dwa kolory. Dolna część jest frezowana głębiej i wsuwana jest tam część surf green. To wygląda na bardzo cenne. Kupiłbym go ponownie natychmiast. Jeśli kolor jest dla Was za ostry (zielony jest w rzeczywistości dużo jaśniejszy) polecam kremowy lub nudną czerń :D. Jedyny minus, ale mi to nie przeszkadza. Gdy tylko PU zostanie nieco cichszy, słychać odgłosy śmieci. Na żywo nie ma to znaczenia, bo nie są tacy świetni. I tak zawsze używam obu PU do nagrań

This is the 3rd time in a couple months that I try the good luck buying this bass (because I like its sound) from a 3rd different store and my opinion unfortunately stayed always the same: I strongly discourage buying it.
Pros:
- Sound and electronics.
- Gig bag.
Cons:
- Tuners were terrible. 4 out of 5 were defective, B-D-G had some dead spots, A opposed excessive resistence. In general, they look fragile and the feeling is that they can break at any moment.
- Neck dive. My unit had a really bad balance, with a strong pull from the neck side.
- Body. Although the technical specifications say it is made of basswood, the accompaning card attached to my unit said it was made of alder. This was disappointing because in my opinion basswood or ash are the best woods to pair with '70 J pickups.
- Ahesthetics. The control knobs were made of black plastic, not like the silver ones you see in the pictures. In my personal opinion they didn't match with the surf green color at all.
- Neck. Although the technical specifications say it is a "comfort C" neck, in my opinion the profile was a standard C. Not as slim and comfortable as you might expect.
- Bridge. It aligns with the rest, the feeling is of a cheap, fragile piece of steel.

Ta gitara basowa ma dobre, nowoczesne brzmienie jazzowe, ale postanowiłem ją od razu zwrócić ze względu na kiepski balans i wrażenie niezawodności wynikające z użycia naprawdę taniego/słabego sprzętu. To już trzeci raz w ciągu kilku miesięcy, kiedy próbuję kupić ten bas (ponieważ podoba mi się jego brzmienie) w trzecim, różnym sklepie i moje zdanie niestety zawsze pozostaje takie samo: stanowczo odradzam jego zakup. Zalety: - Dźwięk i elektronika. - Torba na instrument. Wady: - Tunery były okropne. 4 z 5 były wadliwe, BDG miało kilka martwych punktów, A stawiało nadmierny opór. Generalnie wyglądają na kruche i sprawia wrażenie, że w każdej chwili mogą się rozbić. - Nurkowanie z szyją. Mój egzemplarz miał naprawdę złe wyważenie, z silnym naciągnięciem od strony gryfu. - Ciało. Mimo że w specyfikacji technicznej napisano, że urządzenie jest wykonane z drewna lipowego, na dołączonej do mojego urządzenia karcie informacyjnej było napisane, że jest ono wykonane z olchy. Było to rozczarowujące, ponieważ moim zdaniem najlepszym drewnem do przetworników J z lat 70. jest drewno lipowe lub jesionowe. - Estetyka. Pokrętła sterujące wykonane są z czarnego plastiku, nie takiego srebrnego jak te, które widzisz na zdjęciach. Moim zdaniem w ogóle nie pasowały do zielonego koloru. - Szyja. Chociaż specyfikacja techniczna mówi, że jest to szyjka „comfort C”, moim zdaniem profil był standardowym C. Nie tak smukłym i wygodnym, jak można by się spodziewać. - Most. Pasuje do reszty, sprawia wrażenie taniego, kruchego kawałka stali.
