This set of Mojotone PAF is worth the long wait!

I waited patiently for three months cos they were not in stock. I am very happy with the quality of these PAF, fantastic sounding and very dynamic to my playing. Le bruit et l'odeur

Super micros, très clairs, installés sur une Epi 335, avec un wiring 50's.
On approche vraiment du son des premières 335 avant qu'elles ne chopent ce son lourd, sombre et ultra puissant (sublime au demeurant).

Ils sont très beaux, avec leur nickel patiné.

En revanche, neufs, ils puent le vieux poisson, sans doute du fait du traitement chimique de la patine, justement.

Habe das Set nach vielen YouTube Hörsitzungen bestellt. In erster Linie weil es die Pick-ups in Aged Optik und zu einem sehr gutem Preis gibt.
Nachdem ich das Set jetzt seit ca. 2 Wochen Spiele bin ich auch sehr vom Sound begeistert.
Das Set hat einen schlanken(Bässe zurück haltend) Ton, der die einzelnen Töne immer schön darstellt. Ich habe meine Amps so eingestellt dass bei Guitarvolume Poti auf 10 leichter Crunch auftritt. Poti auf 6 gibt schönen holzigen Cleansound, beide Pickups zusammen schön funky.
Sobald man noch einen Drive ( diverse) zuschalten ist von cremig bis aggressiv alles drin. Immer mit einem Hang zur Vokalbildung.
Insgesamt gefallen mir die Pickups sehr gut und ich werde mir weitere besorgen.
Aber das ist ja wie immer Geschmackssache. Es sind auf jeden Fall Pickups die sich meiner Meinung nach vor keinem anderen Boutique Pickupset verstecken muss und das ca. Zum halben Preis was diese Jungs verlangen.
Das Aging fällt dezent aus(hätte für mich stärker sein können) . Ich hatte vorher am Steg einen WCR Godwood der deutlich stärker geaged war und die Wartezeit war lange(Oktober bis Januar), aber gerne wieder

Brutales estas pastillas de baja salida….la construcción ya denota calidad por todos los costados…magníficas copia de la 59 paf

Espeficifjcaciones vintage…
Estas pastillas poseen un sonido muy muy articulado.
Son brillantes con lo cual son ideales para guitarras con sonido oscuro…yo las he probado en mi sg reedición del 61 y suenan brutales
También suenan muy bien en mi les paul…de hecho consiguen que la les paul casi suenen como una telecaster pero con un poco más de cuerpo y con mucha mucha claridad….
Es una apuesta segura estas mojotone…lo malo es que han pegado un buen subidón en precio pero bueno,siguen siendo más baratas que otras marcas…
Altamente recomendables y seguramente me vuelva a comprar otro juego…
