You can get a large sound palette, from duller to really brilliant, depending on how you attack the strings of course.
I played with Hannabach flamenca for years, then I tried these a year on my negra, then the Luthier a few years (before the founder died, the new luthiers are globally of lower quality in all aspects imho), bought a Alvarez y Bernal model luthier blanca in Sevilla in April 2022, with the Tomatito fuertes originally on, the sound is fantastic, loud and versatile. Of course each guitar has her favourite string set, that’s really to be taken in account. And a really good guitar is the biggest part of the sound. But even on my old negra ( of lower quality then the new blanca) I use the Tomatitos and they get a bit more harmonics out of her(a guitar is not an object ;))
