After contacting Thomann heres what happened:
contacted on a Wednesday,they replied same day,next day was sent postage costs from Thomann to send amp back,they received it 2 days later in Germany,2 days after receiving it,it was repaired and sent out to me,I received it 2 days later,never had to miss a gig or praccy,this service blew me away and I have told every man and his dog.
