Good choice for somebody, who starts they journey with the bass. Cheap, but packs a lot of power, so you can easily take it for a rehearsal or a gig without worrying about being not audible. Phones output and line input comes handy for home practice. The sound is quite neutral, so if you expect some character to your tone, you'd be disappointed; but thet's what pedals were invented for.
One thing that is suspicious to me is the clip indicator - I'm not sure if it works correctly, or at all - at least with my unit. I tried to overdrive this amp really hard (tone knobs to the max, input to the max, as well as the compressor). The result was a really broken sound (which I expected, and did thet at my very own risk) but diode stood green.
The finish is all right, my only complaint is about the buttons - they feel a bit clunky and it's hard to see and tell if they are on or off.
+ good price to quality
+ lots of handy features
+ loud a.f. (the sound, not the fan, which is actually completly not audible)
- lacks character, it's just an amp
- cheap buttons
