First things first, this uke is phenomenal value for money.
It does everything you could possibly want an electro-uke to do thanks to the preamp, looks the utter business(I think it's beautifully designed), and the neck and fret finishes were nearly perfect on mine(bought October 2014). I've been in a professional ukulele band for five years now and back when I first got this uke it quickly became invaluable to me and survived many a late-night pub gig. The neck in particular is lovely in my opinion, the inlays are attractive, and the profile makes playing it surprisingly intuitive.
If I had to point out any negatives, I can only find one: the uke doesn't seem to resonate as well as I might have expected, resulting in a slightly thin tone- however through an amp or PA with just a few basic effects it can sound amazing, so I view this as closer to a proper electric guitar than a ukulele in some ways, which can be no bad thing!
Additionally I needed to lower the action to suit my playing style, but I've played ukes costing over ten times as much as this that needed the bridge lowering significantly, so I can't hold this against it.
Utterly stunning value. Looks great, plays great, sounds good. The quality is fantastic for the money and only starts to lose ground when compared to ukes costing double the money, which is a real achievement.

This is an OK instrument for the price tag it has. But, the nylon strings are low quality and this affects the overall sound when you pick it out f the box. Also, the one I got had some issues with 2 of the frets. Overall the finish and binding is excelent. The tuners could be a bit higher quality as they have plastic components. Overall, it's an ok instrument, but you can find much better sounding instruments in this price range made by Luna Guitars or Baton Rouge.

that this 'Uke has an inbuilt pick up and a long scale is cool but that's where it stops-the 'resonance' chamber doesn't really resonate so the sound is really disappointing and thin.
with all ukuleles, there's a fine line between them sounding like a toy and them sounding like an instrument- this one definitely comes under the toy category, which obviously is related to the price-but i'have had cheaper 'ukes that sound leagues better than this.
